We are very fortunate in having many gifted people generously giving of their time and talents. We always welcome more participation particularly from those new to the church – forging new friendships and developing our faith are shared benefits for us all.
Here are some of the ways of getting involved:
Join a home group. Within a large congregation, meeting regularly as a smaller group for bible study and discussion is a great way of getting to know people.
Consider serving in some way regularly at our Sunday services, eg children's work, welcome, music, technology, or in one of our outreach activities such as Christian Aid lunches, Good Neighbours scheme or Soup and Sandwiches for the homeless in Birmingham city centre.
Find out about our status as an Eco Congregation, and how you can help by recycling, taking action etc. by clicking here.
We need all our committed members to give financially in a realistic, joyful and sacrificial way, remembering that none of the churches activities or the upkeep of our buildings, nor our support for Mission Beyond the Parish is possible without the generosity of our congregations
There are many other activities that we as a church facilitate and support; more details of how to get involved can be found be exploring the website further.
