Duncan and Rachel Hill-Brown are delighted to announce the arrival of Zachary James, born on 15 January 2010, and say they are slightly perplexed by how one small person can make a big house seem suddenly very full!

According to the proud parents, Zachary weighs in at just over 7lbs, but all the stuff that accompanies him weighs considerably more!

Duncan and Rachel added, “Zachary means ‘The Lord Remembers!’ His older sister Maddy, who is 20 months old, was less than impressed with him initially, but gradually she has realised that he is here to stay and even likes to give him cuddles – rather enthusiastic ones. Much like his sister was at the same stage, Zac is a content baby who loves cuddles.”

On those occasions when both Maddy and Zac are asleep, their parents can be spotted slumped on the sofa. They say they wouldn’t have it any other way!
